Reconnect with your innate healing intelligence.

  • Learn how to shift your internal narratives so you can feel empowered and anchored in your life stories free from shame.

  • Get support with what’s holding you back, so that you can connect with your purpose and feel authentically present with yourself and those you love the most.

Making meaning of our lives is done by way of stories. The stories we hold in our minds and in our hearts - matter. They shape our lived experiences and help us make sense of ourselves, each other, and the world. Our “struggle stories” don’t have to define us, they can be catalysts for cultivating meaning, self-discovery, and empowerment.

How I came to be…..

It is of course a long and lovely story that is still evolving. For now I will share the important snap shots, to give you a sense of who I am and what I bring to this work.

I have been practicing in the mental health field for over 20 years with expertise in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, family conflict, postpartum, people-pleasing, addiction, and more. I currently practice in-person Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), EMDR, and Narrative Therapy in Bend, Oregon. Licensed in both Washington and Oregon, I also work remotely with to Washington residents.

As I clear my throat, sit up proud, and straighten my imaginary bowtie - I will list my degrees here:

I have a Master’s degree in Existential-Phenomenological Psychology - a branch of psychology that seeks to understand human experience through the lens of our subjective meaning making, connection with our authenticity, and exploration of how we experience choice and freedom.

I also have a PhD in Counseling, with a major in counselor education and supervision.

I help people reconnect with their innate healing intelligence and trust their internal compass.

Supervision & Consultation Groups

I prefer the term Othervision to Supervision. This is more aligned with the value of disrupting antiquated hierarchical power dynamics and amplifying the wisdom of collaborative interpersonal learning. I offer supervision for those working towards LPC and LMHC. I also offer consultation groups for psychedelic facilitators.

“Working with Sabrina changed the course of my life. She is exceptionally skilled and intuitive. She helped me better understand myself and the harmful narratives I had about past experiences. ”
